Yes, if you want to, there is an option for the Basic option and it will be included in the higher options.
Do I get the full source code?
You will get the full source code, commented if needed to get you on the way to make a full game.
Can you build a prototype for mobile (Android/iOS)?
I can, just precise it in our chat and I will make it mobile-friendly/mobile-only.
Can you do another game engine?
I can, there are other gigs for other game engines on my page but I highly recommend Godot for indie dev and beginners or people who don't have a lot of money to spend in royalties. Godot is open-source and completely free.
