Vector formats are high-resolution versions of your logo. No matter how much you zoom it, It won't get pixelated. AI,SVG,EPS,PDF,CDR are vector format

I always try to deliver as soon as possible less than 24 hours. Turnaround depends on image complexity, known fonts, etc. Some orders can be done in a few minutes but some few days.

Please note that there is no magic button for vectorizing in 10 minutes. I redraw every image manually by pen tool and also need some time to render, check, pack and deliver your files so I need more time than 10 minutes.

No. In this gig, I vectorize existing designs. I don't do new designs or redesign. But I can do a color change or simple edit of shapes. For the logo design, I have another gig (check my gigs).

As far as Vector graphics have more limits than Raster graphics, some effects cannot be recreated. Cannot be recreated: realistic photos, photos of people, most 3D objects, bevel effects, complex textures, watercolor.
