No. I build in my account first. Once approved, I export the full code to GitHub and transfer ownership to you — you're not locked into my subscription or tools.
Will this work on mobile?

What if I want native iOS/Android App Store apps?
That's outside this gig's scope. Message me and I can quote that separately.
Can I keep editing the app myself after delivery?
