Will I be able to update the website myself once it is finished?
Yes, you can make changes to your website and ordering system after it's launched. I will provide you with instructions on how to update your menu and other details.
What is the difference between your website packages?
Our website packages are made for different needs. You can pick the one that fits what you want. If you need something special not in the packages, we can make a custom order for you.
Who provides the content, text, copywriting for the website?
You should provide most of the content because you know your business the best. We can suggest titles and alternatives if you want. If you need a special writer for your website, you can discuss for this addon
Will my website appear on Google?
After we make your website, we'll add some basic things to help it show up on search engines. If you want more, like a site map or getting on Google, you can choose that as an extra SEO service.
Do you take a cut of my orders?
No. Payments land in your own card account and the only fee is your processor's normal rate. I never sit in the middle of your money, during the build or after it.
Can my staff change the menu and prices?
Yes, and that is the point. Items, prices, photos and sold out flags are all yours to change from a phone or a laptop, without messaging me.
How does the kitchen know an order came in?
An alert lands the second it is paid, by email or text, or both. It has the items, the time, and whether it is pickup or delivery.
Does it handle delivery?
It takes and schedules delivery orders and charges for them. If you use your own drivers this fits as is. If you want a courier service wired in, name it before you order.
Can people book a table too?
Yes. Table booking with your own opening hours, party sizes and blackout dates is included in the top package and can be added to the others.
