This gig creates the visual direction. It does not build the complete final deck.

What exactly is a mood board and visual direction?
A mood board brings together imagery, color, typography and visual references that define the look and feel of an idea. Our visual-direction work goes further by exploring multiple possible directions and recommending which route we believe the treatment, deck or concept should take.
What do I need to send you before you start?
Send us your script, brief or idea; tell us who the audience is; share 2–3 references you love and one you dislike; provide your deadline; and include any brand or visual constraints we need to respect.
How many visual directions will I receive?
The One Day package includes 2 directions. The Two Days and Three Days packages include 3 directions.
Does this include a full pitch deck or director treatment?
No. This gig establishes the visual direction that can guide a later deck or treatment. If you need the complete presentation designed after the direction is established, message us and the Lead team can scope the next step.
Can you work from a script?
Yes. Scripts are a natural starting point for this service, particularly for directors who know the story but have not yet defined its visual world.
Can you work with an agency or brand brief?
Yes. If you have a campaign, brand or presentation brief but no established look and feel, we can use the brief as the foundation for the visual research and creative directions.
Is my concept confidential?
Yes. Confidentiality is standard. We do not publicly use your project without permission, and an NDA is available where required.
Who creates the work?
The Lead team reviews your brief and matches it to a creative from The Moon Unit's roster. Only the top 2% of creatives who apply make the cut, and the project is managed as one TMU delivery rather than around individual creative personas.
What is included in the three-day Zoom walkthrough?
The Premium package includes a 30-minute walkthrough of the visual research, the three directions, the recommended route and how that direction can inform the next stage of the project.
