Can you work from a blurry JPG, PNG or screenshot?
Usually, if the shapes and lettering can be identified. Please send the clearest version available. I will confirm unclear details with you instead of guessing.
Will the text be editable?
Lettering may be supplied as vector outlines to preserve its appearance. If you need live editable text, provide the font or discuss a matching licensed font before ordering.
Do you provide AI, CDR or DXF files?
The listed deliverables are SVG, EPS, PDF, PNG and JPG. Please message me before ordering if you require native AI, CDR, a particular software version, or DXF so compatibility can be confirmed.
What does a revision include?
Adjustments to the agreed tracing, such as a shape, spacing or color correction. A different logo, extra artwork or a new design direction is a separate scope.
