I translate tabletop RPG content from English to Spanish with the official Spanish terms of the 5e System Reference Document (SRD 5.2.1): Grappled is Agarrado, Restrained is Apresado, Uncommon is Infrecuente. Your text uses the same terms as the official Spanish rules.
I am a native Spanish speaker from Spain, and I write and publish my own 5e books in both languages.

The official ones from the Spanish SRD 5.2.1, the free 5e rules document released under a Creative Commons license.
Do you keep my formatting?
Yes. Homebrewery markup stays as it is, and Word or Google Docs files keep their styles. I can also lay out the Spanish edition as a PDF.
How do you count words?
Words of your source text, without markup. Stat blocks and tables count like any other text.
Do you translate names?
Proper names stay as they are unless you ask. I translate titles and terms, and send you a short list of the choices I made. In the 10,000 words package that list becomes a style guide for your future translations.
Spain or Latin America?
Spanish from Spain by default. Tell me your audience and I will adapt the vocabulary.
