It's a scoring sheet that rates each candidate 1-5 on the skills that matter most for the role. It keeps screening consistent across interviewers, reduces bias and makes shortlisting much faster.
What information do you need from me?
The job title, team, location or remote setup, salary range if you share it, key tasks, must-have skills and a link to your website or careers page. A rough draft or old JD is welcome too.
Can you write JDs for technical or niche roles?
Yes. I regularly hire for software, data, product and ecommerce roles, as well as sales, marketing, operations and HR. For very specialized roles, message me first so I can confirm scope.
In what format will I receive the files?
