HOW I WORK
I use AI tools to draft faster, then test every total by hand with sample figures before delivery. Change Notes list any revisions.
SCOPE (please read)
- One file per order (.xlsx, opens in Excel or Google Sheets)
- Plain formulas only: no macros/VBA, Apps Script, buttons or auto-emailing
- You set the tax rate. This isn't tax advice; check your local invoice rules.
- I never log in to your accounts or accounting software
- Please don't send real customer lists or confidential data. I use sample details; you add your own.

FAQ
Does it work with GST, VAT or US sales tax?
Yes. There's one tax line where you type the rate (e.g. 10% GST or 20% VAT), or switch it off. You choose the rate; I don't give tax advice.
Does the invoice number go up by itself?
Premium shows the next number for you from the invoice log (last number + 1). Without macros nothing auto-saves, so you log each invoice yourself. That's one row.
Can I use it in Google Sheets?
Yes. Upload the .xlsx to Google Drive and open it. Formulas work in both. In Sheets you may need to re-insert the logo over the cells, which I explain in the notes.
Do you use AI?
Yes. AI tools help me draft faster, and I test every total by hand with sample figures before delivery.
Can you connect it to Xero, MYOB or QuickBooks, or email invoices?
No. It's a standalone spreadsheet with plain formulas. No macros, scripts, add-ons or account access.
