What is Competitor Analysis?
In essence - it's seeing what's working for others. Using professional tools we can see where they get their backlinks from, how often, what's the quality; we can see what their top pages are, which keywords send them the most traffic - even what their best Google PPC paid ad keywords are!
As an SEO operator I know why they have made certain changes on their site and it's usually because it may be good for ranking. I look at them and compare them to what you're doing, then I give you the COLD HARD TRUTH.
