Do you work with QuickBooks Online or QuickBooks Desktop?
I specialize in QuickBooks Online (QBO). If you're on QuickBooks Desktop, message me first — I can help with some Desktop tasks but my primary expertise is QBO.
How do I give you access to my QuickBooks?
I'll send you my email address after you place your order. You'll add me as an Accountant User in your QBO settings (My Accountant tab). This gives me access without sharing your login credentials. It's 100% safe and official.
How long does the cleanup take?
Delivery time depends on the package selected and how disorganized the books are. I always aim to deliver ahead of schedule. If your file is extremely complex, I'll let you know upfront.
What if my books are more than 12 months behind?
No problem — message me with details and I'll put together a custom quote. I've cleaned up files that were 3+ years behind. Pricing is based on the number of months and transaction volume.
Will you need my bank statements?
Yes, for reconciliation I'll need your bank and credit card statements for the period being cleaned. I'll explain exactly what to send after the order starts.
Is my financial data safe with you?
Absolutely. I treat all client financial information with complete confidentiality. I never share, store, or use your data for any purpose other than completing your order. I'm happy to sign an NDA if required.
What happens after the cleanup — can you maintain my books monthly?
Yes! Most of my cleanup clients convert to monthly bookkeeping after seeing clean books. Message me after completion and I'll send you a monthly maintenance quote.
