You need to provide the Source Code of your Android App (as a ZIP file) and screenshots of the AdMob Policy Violation or error message.
Do you guarantee that AdMob will lift the ad limit?
I will fix your code to strictly comply with Google's policies. However, the exact time for Google to lift the limit depends on their automated systems (usually 1-2 weeks).
Can I order if I don't have the Source Code?
Unfortunately, no. To fix bugs inside the app, I need access to the Source Code (Android Studio Project). I cannot edit a compiled APK file.
