What format should I send my music?
24-bit WAV files are ideal for the best master. There shouldn't be any plug-ins on the master channel of your project as well. The audio also should have some headroom so it does not clip. In other words, it shouldn't be too loud. Headroom is the space between the 0 dB mark and where the song peaks.
Will my master be ready for streaming services like Spotify and Apple Music?
Yes, streaming services like Apple Music and Spotify have limits on the loudness of your music. This is so all of the songs on the platform will sound relatively similar in volume. For instance, the limit can be around -14 LUFS. My masters will work with these requirements. Message me for more info.
How do you do revisions?
A revision comes with each order and you get more with the standard and premium package. You can also purchase an extra revision for $10. Basic - 1 Revision Standard - 2 Revisions Premium - 3 Revisions
Do you work in a particular genre?
I love all kinds of music and I am open to working in any genre. My clients typically work in the genres of Hip-Hop, Rap, Pop, and R&B.
What kind of plug-ins do you use?
I use Avid, Slate Digital, UAD, and Waves plug-ins. There are some other plug-ins I also use but it all depends on what the track sounds like it needs.
Does this include mixing?
No, this gig is only for mastering. I do offer mixing, but not on this gig.
