He must have used a tracing software. I had asked him to clean up my illustrator file but both times, he didn't. He used my jpg and didn't listen when I asked him the second time to use the illustrator file. I asked him to clean up more, because it didn't look great but at the end of it I just did it myself because there were still all these issues.
