Which platform will you use for my store?
We choose the platform based on your needs: it could be custom code, WordPress + WooCommerce, or another solution. After a brief discussion about your products, budget, and the tools you use, we'll suggest the best option.
Do I need to have a project ready before placing the order?
No. If you already have a project (Figma/Adobe XD/existing website), we can start from that. Otherwise, we'll take care of both the UX and UI design, starting with your brand, references, and goals.
Will I be able to manage products, pricing, and orders myself?
Yes. We always provide a clear admin area where you can add/edit products, change prices, manage inventory, and view orders without having to touch any code. If needed, we can record a short guide.
What payment gateways and shipping options can I integrate?
We can integrate the most common payment gateways like Stripe, PayPal, and others supported by your chosen platform, as well as configure shipping zones, rates, and basic rules (flat rate, free shipping, etc.).
Is it possible to migrate my existing products or data from another platform?
In many cases, yes (depending on the source platform). Tell us where your current store is hosted and how many products/orders you have, and we'll tell you what can be imported and how.
Do I need a domain and hosting before starting?
If you already have them, we'll work with your existing setup. Otherwise, we can recommend the best options and help you with the initial setup so your store is ready to go live.
