Realistic hand drawn pencil portrait (not using photoshop filter / apps !)

Notes:

• Drawing is done using graphite pencils on an A4 size real paper, and digitally scanned in 600ppi. Final product: JPG
• Drawing scope is face only
• No background included
• Please provide high resolution reference photo(s). Make sure the photo is not blurred, or partially blocked. The eyes area should be clearly defined. Photo should be at least 1024x1024 pixel size for a good result
• If the reference photo is from a printed photograph, please SCAN the photograph first. Do not just take photo of the photograph, as it might cause distortions
• I will do revisions as long as I deem it possible. Please remember that I draw on real paper (not digital drawing), so there's a limit on how much I can erase. I will tell you what's possible and what's not, case dependently
• Drawing is produced as is exactly like the reference photo provided. No subject tweaking / beautifying (e.g make the subject thinner, adding / removing facial hairs, change lighting, change subject's emotion / pose, etc)
