Looking for accurate, highly readable, human-generated transcription? You're in the right place.
I have some experience in transcribing interviews, webinars, podcasts, dictations for books, and more.
I transcribe from scratch to provide an accurate, well-formatted, highly readable final product. AI-generated transcription can be convenient, but it simply cannot provide the same quality as a human-created transcript.

- Extra Fast Delivery: I can deliver your transcript in 24 hours or less for an extra fee (for audio of 1 hour or more, please contact me first!).
- Time Reference: I'll include time stamps ex.,[00:00] at whatever intervals you'd like ($5 per 1 hour of audio).
- Additional Speaker: If your audio has 3+ people speaking, please order this extra for each speaker.
- Verbatim Transcript: I'll transcribe every word spoken, including fillers like "um/uh," repeated words, stutters, etc. (Please order $5 per 10 min of audio, ex.,$60 per hour of audio.)

Which file formats do you accept?
I accept almost all file formats, including YouTube videos. I do not transcribe videos that can only be streamed from a webpage. Please contact me if you're unsure.
How can I send you my audio/video file?
You can upload it directly to Fiverr or to a cloud site such as Dropbox or Google Drive, then copy and share the link with me.
What is a "cleaned verbatim" transcript?
Cleaned verbatim means that "ums," filler words, and false starts are not included. (Your transcript will be very easy to read.) If you need a verbatim transcript that includes those fillers, please order the Verbatim Transcript Extra.
What is a verbatim transcript?
Verbatim includes every "um," repeated word, and filler phrase (like "you know" or "right?"). You can add the "verbatim transcript" extra to your order (this costs an additional $5 per 10 min, i.e. $60 per 1 hour of audio).
What is your average turnaround time?
Typically between 2-5 days, depending on my queue and the length of the audio. I always try to deliver sooner rather than later! If you need rush delivery, or if you have a large project (3+ hours of audio), please contact me.
My audio is low quality or has a lot of background noise. Can you transcribe it?
Maybe! Send me the audio or a sample of the audio before ordering, and I'll let you know.
I need time stamps in the transcript. Can you do that?
Yes! Select the 'Time Reference' extra when you order ($5/hour of audio) and please specify how frequently you need the time stamps (e.g. every 1 minute, every 5 minutes, every time a different person begins speaking, etc.).
