FAQ
Do you use professional equipment?
Yes, I own a professional recording studio based in Quebec City. I use a Sennheiser MKH 416 as my primary microphone. Depending on the desired effect, I can also use an Electro-Voice RE-20. I record in a professional booth acoustically treated with Auralex Foam. I process and edit in Adobe Audition.
What usage rights do I need?
- COMMERCIAL RIGHTS are required for any business purpose or use. FB, YouTube, Google, etc. - BROADCAST RIGHTS are required for TV and Radio. Please contact me for a custom offer for these channels.
Do you offer revisions? What is a revision?
Absolutely! I provide a free revision with every order if requested within 72 hours of delivery. A revision consists of minor pickups (up to 10% of the original script) and a full redo may result in an additional charge. Script changes are not considered revisions and may require an additional fee.
Is there anything you won't record?
I do not record hateful, derogatory or vulgar language. I also do not record testimonials or anything that I believe may be misleading or related to a scam. I reserve the right to deny any work that I do not feel comfortable voicing.
Are you available for quick express deliveries?
Yes, I am a full-time voiceover artist and in my studio from Monday to Friday, 9 to 5 (Time Zone UTC-4) . I can take an order with express delivery added, and get it done for you within 1 to 4 hours or less. "Extra Fast Delivery" gig extra.
Can I choose the music?
Yes, you can go to www.storyblocks.com and choose the music of your choice. All you have to do is to give me the name of the track. Or I can choose the music for you and deliver two different versions.
Do you charge for HQ files?
No, I deliver the project in your prefered audio format with no additional fee.
What if I'm not happy with my order?
Please let me know! I want all my customers to be 100% satisfied - so do not hesitate to reach out and ask for me to fix something. But please try and give me as much direction or examples before the recording happens, in terms of pace, tone...how you want your recording to sound!
