What is your Premium Edit?
A story needs a plot, characters, action, and conflict. Your protagonist needs goals and motivations. A good book has those elements while being appealing and engaging. I can help your book reach that level!
My gig does not offer the following:
Creative Rewrites. Referencing. Formatting. Ghostwriting. Revisions.
What is your editing style?
I want to leave your voice and style intact. So I only change things if they are incorrect, vague, or awkward. I use a light hand as far as line editing is concerned so that your book maintains your unique voice!
What is a "Pro" gig?
A Fiverr "Pro" gig means that the seller has been hand-vetted and verified as a professional in that particular industry. Only 1% of applicants (that's me!) get accepted to Fiverr Pro, so you can be sure you'll receive an incredibly high level of service!
What does your Proofreading/Copy Editing cover?
I will correct grammar, spelling, punctuation, syntax, readability, check for sentence structure and fix accordingly, flow, clarity, word choice, consistent voice and style, and correct dialogue grammar and dialogue tags.
What does your developmental editing cover?
Comments in your manuscript that focus on your story, character development, pacing, and plot development with suggestions for improvements and positive input about what is working!
What file type do I need to submit my manuscript in?
I require a Microsoft Word file of your document.
If I have written a series, would you edit the entire series?
Absolutely! We can certainly work out a custom order for more than one manuscript! If you mention ahead of time that you have a series, I can offer a discount!
