A nonfiction book needs to provide value. If your book isn't a biography or memoir, your book should give the reader Actionable Guidance. The reader needs to know why something is important and how they can implement that information. Actionable Guidance is a big focus when I edit nonfiction.

What is your editing style?
I want to leave your voice and style intact. So I only change things if they are incorrect, vague, or awkward. I use a light hand as far as line editing is concerned so that your book maintains your unique voice!
What file type do I need to submit my manuscript in?
I require a Microsoft Word file of your document.
What is a "Pro" gig?
A Fiverr "Pro" gig means that the seller has been hand-vetted and verified as a professional in that particular industry. Only 1% of applicants (that's me!) get accepted to Fiverr Pro, so you can be sure you'll receive an incredibly high level of service!
What does your Proofreading/Copy Editing cover?
I will correct grammar, spelling, punctuation, syntax, readability, check for sentence structure and fix accordingly, flow, clarity, word choice, consistent voice and style.
What does your developmental editing cover?
A broad look at your topic, ease of understanding for the reader, consistency, pacing, and what is and isn't working with notes and suggestions for improvements and positive comments about what is working!
If I have written a series, would you edit the entire series?
Absolutely! We can certainly work out a custom order for more than one manuscript! If you mention ahead of time that you have a series, I can offer a discount!
