FAQ
Will I lose my reviews, stock or sales history?
No. I archive the old listings instead of deleting them, so their history stays in your store. Stock and barcodes are copied onto the new variants.
Do you need my password?
No. You approve a collaborator request from inside your Shopify admin. You choose what I can access, and you can remove me at any time.
Will my old product links break?
Links to the archived listings will stop working. I can list them so you can add redirects to the merged product. I'll flag this in my plan before I make any changes.
What if two listings have slightly different flavor names?
I'll send you a suggested match (for example "Choc Mint" → "Chocolate Mint") and ask you to confirm before merging.
Can you do more than 60 listings?
Yes. Message me with a rough count and I'll quote you.
