Do I need my own n8n instance?
Ideally yes — self-hosted or n8n Cloud. If you don't have one yet, just tell me and I'll point you to the quickest way to set one up.
Which apps can you connect?
Calendars (Google/Outlook), forms, spreadsheets, email and hundreds more through n8n's integrations, webhooks and APIs. If your tool has an API, it can usually be connected.
Can you add WhatsApp or SMS reminders?
Yes — that's included from the Standard package. WhatsApp needs a Meta Business setup, which I'll walk you through.
How does the AI personalization work?
An AI step writes or adapts the reminder text in a natural, friendly tone based on your input. You stay in full control and can edit the wording anytime.
What if it doesn't work as expected?
Every package includes revisions, and I test the full workflow before handover, so it runs reliably from day one.
Will I be able to change things myself later?
Yes. You keep the workflow, and I include a short handover so you can adjust the text, timing or recipients without me.
