$200 covers up to 50 files, 150 readable pages, 10 suppliers/projects and 8 agreed fields, whichever cap is reached first. Delivery: 5 calendar days. Please message with a redacted representative sample before ordering so we can agree scope and readability.
You receive an Excel register, organised file copies and a handover flagging unclear entries, exact duplicates and possible versions. Missing items are checked only against your supplied checklist. Originals stay unchanged and I personally check the final register against its sources.

What should I provide before ordering?
Send 2–3 redacted representative documents, including the least-readable example, plus file/page counts, suppliers or projects, and desired fields. I review the sample and confirm scope before you order.

Only against a required-document checklist you supply. Missing means an expected item was not found among the supplied files. It is not a guarantee of completeness or a statement about legal or contractual requirements.
How do you handle versions, dates and compliance?
Exact duplicates are byte-identical files. Related but different files are flagged as possible versions; uncertain dates stay flagged or blank. You decide the current version. I do not certify compliance, verify insurance or make legal assessments.
What does the included revision cover?
One consolidated set of corrections within the agreed files, fields and output structure. New files, additional fields, changed requirements or interpretation need a separately agreed scope.
