FAQ
What do you need from me to start?
Please send your manuscript in Word, Google Docs, or another editable format, along with your book size, cover if available, images, preferred style, and any specific KDP requirements you want followed.
Can you format both Kindle eBooks and paperbacks?
Yes. I can format your manuscript for Kindle eBook and paperback, creating the appropriate layout and files for each publishing format.
Can you edit my manuscript before formatting?
Yes. I can help with proofreading, grammar, spelling, punctuation, consistency, and basic editing. For extensive developmental or substantive editing, please contact me first so we can discuss your manuscript.
Can you create the paperback interior layout?
Absolutely. I can professionally format your paperback interior with proper margins, page size, chapter headings, fonts, spacing, page numbers, front matter, back matter, and other necessary elements.
Can you upload my book to Amazon KDP?
Yes, I can assist with the KDP upload process and help prepare your book files and publishing details. You will need to provide access or complete any account-specific steps yourself.
Can you fix a book that was rejected by KDP?
Yes. If KDP has flagged formatting or file issues, send me the rejection details or error message. I can review the problem, correct the formatting, and prepare an updated file for submission.
