Fixed packages suit controlled restaurant/bar content at one agreed location. They exclude food prep, specialist styling, dedicated staff portraits, models, weddings, private events and extensive venue coverage.

Where are the fixed packages available?
Fixed packages cover one restaurant, bar or cafe location within 50 miles of Ruthin, N.Wales. Locations outside this area require a custom offer.
How many dishes or drinks can be photographed?
The final photo allowance defines the package - not the number of dishes or drinks available. Tell me your priorities before the shoot so we can use the final images effectively.
Do you provide doof preparation, tableware or styling?
The venue provides food, drinks, tableware and branded items. Basic professional presentation is included, but specialist styling, bespoke props or complex preparation require a custom offer.
Can staff appear in the photographs?
Staff may appear naturally as part of the restaurant or bar atmosphere. Dedicated staff portraits, models or directed lifestyle photography are not included in fixed packages.
What usage is included?
Standard digital use for your website, organic social media and general marketing is included. Please discuss paid advertising, print, packaging or third-party use before ordering.
When will I recieve my images?
Delivery is based on the package selected; 7, 10 or 14 days after the agreed shoot takes place. Each package includes one consolidated revision round.
