The Basic package is a focused 1-hour Intune and Autopilot consultation. It can be used for troubleshooting, configuration guidance, design advice, rollout planning, or reviewing an existing setup. It is ideal for unblocking issues quickly and agreeing clear next steps.
2) What is included in the Standard package?
The Standard package covers deployment of 1 application through Intune (for example Win32, MSI, Microsoft 365 Apps, or Microsoft Store app where applicable). This includes targeting/assignments, testing, and validation. If packaging is required, please message first so I can confirm the app type and
3) What is included in the Premium package?
The Premium package is a defined first-wave Windows Intune implementation for a production-ready baseline. It typically includes agreed policies, compliance, configuration profiles, update rings, core app deployment, and Autopilot setup. Final scope is confirmed before delivery.
4) Does the Premium package include every Intune feature?
No. The Premium package is a scoped implementation, not an unlimited end-to-end tenant transformation. Advanced security controls, complex app estates, large-scale remediation, or additional platforms may require a custom offer.
5) Is this for Windows only?
This gig is primarily focused on Windows Intune delivery. If you need macOS, iOS/iPadOS, or Android management, please contact me first for a custom scope and pricing.
6) Do I need Microsoft licensing before ordering?
Yes. You need suitable Microsoft licensing and tenant access before work can begin. Examples may include Microsoft Intune, Microsoft 365 Business Premium, or Enterprise licensing depending on your requirements. If you are unsure, message me before ordering and I will help validate this.
7) What access do you need from me?

8) Do you support Autopilot?
Yes. I can support Autopilot planning and setup as part of consultancy or Premium scope, depending on your package and requirements. Please confirm whether your devices are existing devices, new devices, or both.
9) Do you package complex Win32 apps?
I can support Win32 app deployment, but complexity varies significantly by installer type, dependencies, transforms, detection logic, and install context. Please message me before ordering if the app is complex so I can confirm scope.
10) What commonly delays delivery?
