2) What is included in the Standard tier?
A 2-hour deep dive for new or complex Intune configurations - design, setup, and practical implementation guidance.
3) What is included in the Premium tier?
A dedicated 1-to-1 3-hour session. Bring your agenda, or use it as structured Intune training and walkthrough.
4) Is this Windows, iOS, Android, or macOS?
This gig can cover any Intune platform area. If you need a full implementation project, use my dedicated Windows/iOS/macOS gigs.
5) Do you provide hands-on configuration, or advice only?
Both. We can troubleshoot, review, and configure during the session where access allows and it is within scope.
6) What access do you need from me?
At minimum, tenant admin access suited to the task and a way to screen share. For some work I may need Intune/Entra roles.
7) Do you support Autopilot, ABM, ADE and VPP?
Yes. We can cover Windows Autopilot and Apple enrolment topics (ABM/ADE/VPP) as part of the sessions.
8) Can you package and deploy applications?
I can support Intune app deployment and troubleshooting. Complex Win32 packaging may need extra hours or a custom offer.
9) What are “Additional Hours” used for?
Extra time for deeper troubleshooting, more configuration items, or follow-up work beyond the booked session.
10) What can delay delivery?
Missing access, incomplete requirements, app complexity, or difficulty scheduling a call/screen share. Fast delivery assumes prompt availability.
