We support Windows desktops and laptops, Outlook and business-email setup, Microsoft 365 user issues, and related access or configuration problems. Basic includes up to 1 hour of work; Standard up to 24 hours; Premium up to 36 hours. Please discuss the issue on Fiverr before ordering so we can confirm it fits this Gig and arrange session times within the delivery window.
We document what we checked, what we changed, and recommended next steps. The included hours are a work-time limit, not a guaranteed fix. Some issues depend on third-party systems, licenses, admin permissions, or a separate project. Migrations, recurring monitoring, onsite visits, and extra licenses are outside this Gig.
