What types of documents can you process?
I can work with digital PDFs, scanned PDFs, structured forms, tables, reports and other documents containing extractable information. For poor scans, handwriting or unusual layouts, please contact me first.
Can you extract data from scanned PDFs using OCR?
Yes. I can use OCR to extract information from scanned documents and then review, clean and validate the resulting data before delivery.
Which output formats can you provide?
I can deliver structured data in Excel, CSV or Google Sheets. Other agreed formats may also be possible depending on your workflow.
Do you manually check the extracted data?
Yes. Validation is a core part of this service. I review the extracted structure, identify inconsistencies and flag uncertain or unreadable values rather than silently guessing.
Can you process documents with different layouts?
Yes. Multiple layouts can be handled, but each layout may require separate field mapping and validation. Please message me first if your document set contains many different structures.
Can you connect the workflow to a database or API?
Yes. Data-source connectivity and API integration are available as extras when the scope and technical requirements are clearly defined before ordering.
Can you provide the source code or reusable workflow?
Yes. If custom scripts or automation logic are developed for your order, source code can be included as an extra where appropriate.
Can you handle large document volumes?
Yes, but please contact me before ordering large batches. Volume, scan quality, number of layouts, number of fields and validation requirements all affect scope and delivery time.
