I don't have domain or subdomain. Can I use it with just IP?
Yes, you can use it only with IP and port number if you don't want to use domain name.
I want FTP instead of SFTP to be configured on server.
SFTP stands for Secured FTP. SFTP will be more secured connection between your server and your workstation from where you upload media to server. However if you want FTP, I can setup VSFTPD on your server and provide your FTP login details.
Can you setup Emby Media Server ?
Yes, I can setup Emby Media Server too. Please let me know if you want to install Emby instead of Plex or Jellyfin.
