I will convert supplier PDF price lists into clean excel spreadsheets
About this Gig
Turn a supplier PDF price list into an organised Excel spreadsheet you can search, filter and update.
This package includes:
- One readable, text-based PDF with one consistent table layout
- Up to 100 product rows across up to 5 pages
- Up to 6 source columns, such as product code, description, pack size and price
- One Excel (.xlsx) file with filters and source page references
- Checks against the original PDF and one correction round for conversion mistakes
Product codes retain leading zeroes. Prices stay numeric where supplied, and the source's currency, VAT basis and pack sizes are preserved. Repeated entries and conflicting prices are flagged. Missing prices and POA entries are not guessed or replaced with zero.
I use AI-assisted extraction and check the output against the source. The gallery example is fictional demonstration data.
Please message me with your PDF before ordering so I can confirm it fits the package. Handwriting, scans, complex layouts, new calculations and shop uploads are outside this service. Please share only documents you have permission to provide.

FAQ
Can you work with scanned or handwritten price lists?
This package covers readable text-based PDFs only, with one consistent table layout. It excludes scans and handwriting. Please send the PDF in a Fiverr message before ordering so I can check suitability and confirm the scope.
What happens to missing prices, duplicates or conflicting entries?
I retain and flag repeated entries and conflicting prices for your review. Missing or POA prices stay blank in the numeric price column with an explanatory note. I do not invent prices, choose between conflicting values or assume a VAT rate.
What does the included revision cover?
One correction round covers conversion mistakes against the original agreed PDF. Extra products, replacement files, added calculations or a new layout are outside the package and need a separate agreement before work starts.
