What files do you accept?
I accept Microsoft Excel files, CSV files, and Google Sheets. Please contact me before ordering if your file uses advanced macros, external databases, or unusual formats.
What does one item mean?
One item means one data row. For example, a spreadsheet with 500 records counts as 500 items. Header rows are not included.
What types of data problems can you fix?
I can remove duplicates, correct formatting, standardize dates and categories, clean spacing and capitalization, organize columns, identify missing values, and flag inconsistent records.
Will you change or invent missing information?
No. I will never invent missing information. Unclear or uncertain values will be flagged for your review.
Can you create charts or dashboards?
Yes. Charts, summaries, and KPI dashboards are included in the Premium package. Contact me before ordering if you require a specific dashboard design.
Do you provide the original file?
Yes. Your original data will be preserved. You will receive the cleaned version and, when included in the package, a change log explaining the important corrections.
What information do you need before starting?
Please provide the file, explain the main problems, state the desired final format, and mention any columns or records that must not be changed.
What is not included?
Advanced VBA, web scraping, Power BI development, database integration, scanned-document entry, and extensive manual research are not included unless discussed before ordering.
Should I contact you before ordering?
Please contact me first if your file exceeds the package row limit, contains multiple worksheets, requires advanced formulas, or has unusual requirements.
