How do you charge for your sourcing service?
My service fee is separate from product cost and shipping. You pay the gig price, then I quote factory price + shipping separately. All costs are transparent - no hidden fees.
What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
For Basic, MOQ is usually 50-100 units per SKU. For Standard/Premium, I can negotiate lower MOQs with the right factory. I always aim to find the lowest MOQ that fits your budget.
Can you help with quality control?
Yes - Standard and Premium include pre-shipment inspection. I can also arrange third-party QC (SGS/BV/TUV) at cost for Basic orders.
How long does the full process take?
Sample orders: 7-15 days sourcing + 5-7 days production + 7-30 days shipping. Bulk orders: 10-20 days sourcing + 15-45 days production + 15-45 days shipping. I provide a detailed timeline with every quote.
Do I need to speak Chinese?
No. All communication goes through me. I handle Chinese suppliers, you only deal with me in English. I translate everything - including technical specs, contracts, and quality reports.
