What are the requirements before ordering?
Your site must be up to date and error-free before I start. Outdated plugins or existing issues need to be resolved first. Not sure? Send me a message, I'll check your site for free.
Do you offer emergency support?
Yes! Site down or showing fatal errors? I'll fix it. Update-related issues are included in every plan. I'm available 12 hours/day, 7 days a week (CET). Subscribers get priority response.
What counts as a content edit?
A content edit is any task taking ~15 minutes: fixing a broken link, installing a plugin, a CSS tweak, or minor text change. It does not include design work, new pages, or writing new content.
Can you redesign my website?
I'm more a tech guy than a creative person. Small layout tweaks and content updates? Yes. Full redesigns or visual overhauls? That's not what I do. Message me if you're unsure what you need.
For how long are backups being stored?
Backups are stored off-site for 30 days during an active order. After your last order ends, they're kept for 7 more days, then deleted. Subscribe to keep your backups running continuously.
What is included with Basic Care?
A lot! With Basic Care, I run weekly updates for WordPress, plugins & themes, create daily backups, monitor your site around the clock for vulnerabilities, and send a full report at month's end.
Are plugin/theme licenses included?
No, plugin and theme licenses are your responsibility. I'll install and configure them once you have a valid license. Not sure which ones you need? Message me before ordering.
Which performance optimizations are included?
Standard Shield and Premium Full Guard include full page caching, image compression and database optimization. Contact me to get started. Speed is tested before and after using GTmetrix so you can see the difference.
Can you manage WooCommerce, Membership, or Course websites?
Yes, WooCommerce support is included in Premium Full Guard package. For membership or course sites, contact me first, I want to make sure your setup is a good fit.
Is malware cleanup included?
If your site gets hacked while I'm maintaining it, malware cleanup is included at no extra cost. Already infected before we start? I offer a separate malware removal service. Send me a message for an offer.
