Do I need to have a Beehiiv account already?
No. If you have not signed up yet, I will guide you through creating the account and connecting your custom domain as part of the setup. If you already have an account, I will work directly inside it - just send me editor access when you place the order.
Can you migrate my existing newsletter from Substack, ConvertKit, or Mailchimp?
Yes. I handle full migrations including subscriber lists, archive imports, and redirects. Migration is included in the Premium package and can be added to the Growth package as a custom extra for $25. Message me before ordering if you need migration so I can confirm the scope.
Do you write the newsletter content, or do I provide it?
I design the template and structure - you provide the content for each issue. If you need help with copywriting, I can write welcome emails, signup forms, and referral program copy as part of the Growth and Premium packages. For ongoing issue writing, message me for a custom offer.
How long does delivery take, and can you do rush orders?
Standard delivery is 2 days for Starter, 4 days for Growth, and 6 days for Premium. Rush delivery (24 hours) is available for a $20 surcharge - mention RUSH in your first message and I will confirm availability before you order.
What do you need from me to get started?
After you place an order, I send a short onboarding questionnaire: your niche, brand colors, logo (if any), 2-3 reference newsletters you like, and your Beehiiv login (or editor invitation). The questionnaire takes 5 minutes to fill out and lets me start delivering within hours.
