I will build n8n automation workflows with ai integration
Tim
About this gig
Stop doing manually what a workflow can do for you.
I build n8n automations that connect your apps, data and AI into systems that run without you: lead capture CRM, invoice parsing accounting, reports that write and send themselves, AI agents that answer, summarize and route.
Why me and not another automation freelancer:
- I ran operations before I automated them 10+ years in supply chain, finance and analytics, most recently building the full management platform (n8n + PostgreSQL + FastAPI + Metabase + AI document generation) for a $28M distributor
- I design for reliability: error handling, logging, clear naming workflows you can maintain, not spaghetti
- You get the source: JSON export, documentation, and a handover walkthrough
Typical projects:
- AI steps with GPT/Claude: classify, extract, summarize, generate documents
- API integrations: CRMs, Google Workspace, Telegram/Slack/WhatsApp, databases
- ETL: move and transform data between systems on schedule
Not sure which package fits? Message me with what you're trying to automate I'll reply within a few hours with a concrete plan.

FAQ
Do you work with my existing n8n instance or set up a new one?
Both. I can build in your cloud/self-hosted n8n, or guide you through setting one up (self-hosted works great and saves subscription costs).
What do you need from me to start?
A short description of the process you want to automate, access to the relevant apps (API keys/test accounts), and examples of your data. I'll send a checklist after the order.
Do you provide support after delivery?
Every package includes a handover and revisions. For ongoing support and new workflows, I offer custom monthly arrangements — just ask.
