What access do you need?
I typically require Read-Only or Standard access to your Google Ads account. I do not require billing access or ownership access to complete an audit.
Will you make changes to my account?
No. This gig focuses on auditing and reporting. I will identify issues, opportunities and recommendations, but I will not make changes unless specifically agreed as an additional service.
Can you audit Performance Max campaigns?
Yes. I can review Search, Shopping, Performance Max, Display, Video and Demand Gen campaigns as part of the audit.
Will I receive a report?
Yes. Every audit includes a detailed report outlining issues found, recommendations and opportunities to improve performance.
My account was created by another agency. Can you still audit it?
Absolutely. Many audits are completed on accounts previously managed by agencies, freelancers or in-house marketing teams.
How long does the audit take?
Most audits are completed within the delivery timeframe shown on the gig. Larger accounts with multiple campaigns may require additional review time.
Can you audit multiple Google Ads accounts?
Yes. If you manage multiple accounts or require a white-label audit for your agency, please order multiple audits or contact me for a custom package.
Do you provide a video walkthrough?
Yes. You can add a Personal Video Walkthrough during checkout. I'll personally explain your audit findings, priority recommendations and suggested next steps in a private video that you can watch whenever convenient.
Can you implement the recommendations after the audit?
Yes. If you'd like help implementing the recommendations, I also provide Google Ads optimisation and ongoing account management. Many clients choose to continue after the audit once we've identified the highest-impact opportunities.
Do I need to contact you before ordering?
No. Simply choose the package that best suits your account, complete the order requirements and provide Google Ads access. I'll review everything and begin your audit.
