Is this therapy?
No. Coaching focuses on clarity, emotional awareness, and forward movement.
Does the consultation happen via video chat/ audio only? If yes, on which platform?
Fiverr has an integrated Zoom feature. First the session needs to be booked and within the order page we agree on a time. Then I will send you a Zoom link a couple of minutes before our session.
Do I need to prepare anything?
Not at all. You don´t need to be afraid or prepare anything. Just come as you are and we have a nice talk together.
Do you offer a free pre-consultation?
I used to do that but unfortunately, I am not able to do that anymore. Feel free to book a 30-min session and you can check if you can imagine to work with me.
Why is coaching better than talking to a friend?
This is a very good question! It is quite simiar but a coach has a professional qualification, can ask the right questions and a coach has an outsider perspective.
In which languages do you offer coaching?
I offer in English, German and Hungarian :)
