The morning began quietly, with soft sunlight slipping through the windows and filling the room with a warm golden glow. Outside, the streets were slowly becoming busier as people started their day. Cars moved along the road, birds jumped between the branches of nearby trees, and the distant sound of music could be heard from somewhere across the neighborhood.

Nobody knew that the day would turn out to be unusual.

At around ten oclock, a strange blue box appeared in the middle of the town square. It was about the size of a small refrigerator, covered in tiny symbols that nobody could understand. There were no doors, no buttons, and no obvious way to open it. People gathered around it, wondering where it had come from.

A curious kid named Alex walked closer and noticed something strange. One of the symbols on the box had started glowing.

Did anyone else see that? Alex asked.

Everyone looked at the box.

The light disappeared.
