Do you offer revisons?
Yes, I will do revisions for any words that I mispronounce in your script. However, if your script changes or you didn't like my delivery once I have recorded and delivered your file, you will need a new order. You can also purchase extra revisions at the cost of $5/100 words.
What Time Zone are you in?
I'm located in the Central Time Zone of the United States.
What is Commercial Rights?
If you intend to use the voice over for ANY business-related purposes, you will need to purchase the Commercial Rights gig extra. More info can be found at https://www.fiverr.com/terms_of_service#ownership
What is Full Braodcast Rights?
If you intend to use the voice over in radio, television, and internet commercials, you will need to buy the "Full Broadcast Rights" gig extra. For more info see https://www.fiverr.com/terms_of_service#ownership.
When will my order be delivered?
I will complete your order and deliver it to you within 48 hours. Large scripts over 500 words will take longer than a day.
What's the first thing I should consider when hiring a voice talent?
How the script is interpreted. The easiest way to tell a professional voice actor from an amateur is with your ears. Does the VO sound like they are talking to you? Or do they sound like they are just reading a script out loud? Trust your ears and you'll be fine! Tell a story NOT Sell a story.
Why is your delivery times longer than 24 hour delivery?
I strive to give you the highest quality voice over experience and Five Star customer service. My delivery time is structured to provide time for communication, research, rehearsal and studio time to ensure you receive the highest quality voice over project on Fiverr.
Can I call you and direct you as you record my voice over?
Yes, you can call me via Skype and direct me while I record your voice over so you can get the exact read you want. You will need to purchase my "Live Direction" gig extra. Please message me first to set up a time that works for both parties.
How quick do you respond?
You will receive a message from me shortly after I receive and review your script. Also, I will let you know when I start working on your voice-over. If I have any questions during this process, I will send you another message and wait for your response. I will post final product upon completion.
