Where do you live and what Time Zone are you in?
I live in the USA and I'm in the Central Time Zone (CST). I try to respond as soon as I can to your messages. But,please remember that it could take me a couple of hours to respond if you are across the globe.
What is Standard delivery time and can delivery within 24 hours
My standard delivery time is 3 days upon receiving the script/ directions and Order. There is an Extra Fast delivery with 24 hours there is an extra charge for that service.
Do I give Free Revisions?
I offer 1 Free Revision per script. If I miss pronounce a word, I will fix it for Free. But that is not your Free Revision your Free Revision is after I sent you the read, and my tone is not what you liked or you ask for a change of a word, then that is the use of your Free Revision.
Do you add additional and does this help me choosing the right style or tone?
Yes, of course. I always send you 2 different voice styles sample for you to choose from, to make it easier to decide how you want your project read. Conversational and Corporate. I will send you 2- 30 second samples FREE!
I need to have Background music do you provide that?
Yes, of course I provide music beds if requested which is an extra charge. If you provide your own music I can mix it into the final project before I deliver it you.
Do you do Proofreading?
Proofreading, is a very valuable extra. I will review your script and check for any grammatical errors and then suggest suitable fixes. This process reduces Revisions and keeps us on pace to deliver on time. Just, remember I'm not copywriter, I can't rewrite the entire script.
Do I have to purchase Rights for internal projects?
The short answer is, YES! You see ALL-Non Personal projects Require Commerical Rights. If you wanted me to record a birthday greeting or school project there is no need to purchase of Commerical Rights. Internal Demos, Business projects for employees (by definition) requires Commerical Rights.
Define Commerical and Full Broadcast Rights?
If you have project to aired on TV/Radio, Internet Commercials, or other paid mediums. FULL Broadcast Rights are required. If you purchase Full Broadcast Rights you don't need to purchase Commercial Rights. Please, see the following link https://www.fiverr.com/terms_of_service#ownership
If I have difficult words or names in my script what should I do?
If there are difficult names of people, places, things and medical terms. You can do a couple of things send a link where the words are pronounced correctly, type out the words phonetically and word that rhymes or send me an audio pronunciation file of the words. This will help when reading.
