I offer 30-minute Zoom consultations to review your project, go over examples, and help you plan the structure, layout, and overall direction of your OM before any design work begins. This ensures were aligned on scope, timeline, and budget from the start.
With 10+ years of experience working with commercial real estate brokers and investors, including time as an in-house designer at CBRE, I bring a practical, deal-focused approach to OM design. You'll get clear guidance, honest feedback, and a plan tailored to your specific listing. I also offer full OM design services, which we can discuss during the call if you're looking to move forward.
During the call, we can review your property details and materials, discuss layout, structure, and design direction, go over timeline and expectations, and answer any questions before moving forward.
To book, you can purchase the $5 consultation gig or message me first to discuss ideas. If you decide to move forward with the OM, that amount will be applied toward your flyer or overall project total.

Why hire me?
I am a highly experienced Graphic Designer with over 5 years of in-house commercial real estate experience, working with national accounts. Specialize in commercial and residential real estate investments offering memorandum for high rise, land development, multi-families and commercial properties.
What information you need before starting a project?
Please have the content for your offering memorandum ready: company logos in .png, copy/Excel financials, property images, dimensions, colors, fonts, any other reference OM you might have, etc.
Which software you use?
I use industry standard Adobe InDesign to create the offering memorandum.
What files will I receive?
The saved files will be print-ready, 300dpi high quality in PDF, including bleeds. The source file will be an editable .indd (Adobe InDesign).
Stock photography are included in the package?
Yes, I use a site that provides high quality images for free: https://unsplash.com/
Will you proof read our content?
No, please proof read your text before sending.
Can you create maps and financial tables?
I can create the aerial map labeling with the logos, convert your Excel data into a stylized table and graphs.
Can you create a digital/e-Brochure?
Yes, I can create one with hyperlinks, view video and 360 buttons. Rate are same for each kind of brochures.
What to expect from a revision?
A revision is a change to an in-progress offering memorandum brochure and is typically a change of less than 1/4 of the design. A revision is simply meant to be a slight modification or course correction to progress toward the final design.
