About this gig
I automate recurring office work for small businesses and clubs: forms, lists, e-mails, documents and reports. Where an existing tool is enough, I will say so; where it is not, I build a small custom solution.
What you get:
- Basic: one clearly defined workflow automated, for example a form that fills a spreadsheet and sends a confirmation e-mail
- Standard: up to 3 connected workflows, including a simple internal tool or dashboard
- Premium: a custom web application for your process, with user login and data storage
Every package includes a short written description of what was built and how to use it. AI is used where it helps, for example to sort or summarise incoming messages, and always with a clear fallback to manual handling.
How it works: you describe the current process. I propose a scope and a fixed price, build it step by step, and show you the result before delivery. Larger projects can be split into stages.
I am based in Germany and work remotely. German and English are both fine.

I design and build for clubs, businesses and political parties: brand identities, logos, flyers and posters, websites and web applications. I also build AI automations for recurring office work, for example for emails, forms and lists. In my own company, AI agents work alongside me every day; nothing is sent until a person has approved it. On request I also take over hosting, email, updates and backups afterwards. You always talk directly to the person who designs and builds. I work remotely from Büren in North Rhine-Westphalia.

Recurring office work, for example sorting and answering emails, processing forms, and keeping lists up to date. Send me a short description of your process and I will tell you what is realistic.
What do you need from me to get started?
A description of the process as it runs today, the tools you use, and a few example cases. Please message me before you order so we can agree on the scope.
Will anything be sent to my customers automatically?
Only if you want that. I recommend an approval step, so a person checks each result before it goes out.
Are there running costs after delivery?
Possibly. AI services and hosting are billed by their providers directly to you. I tell you before we start what to expect.
