What does Higgsfield MCP actually do inside Claude Code?
It gives Claude Code access to Higgsfield's full platform — 30+ models, Soul characters, Cinema Studio, and the complete generation suite — through five tool calls: generate_image, generate_video, create_character, get_generation_status, and list_characters.
Do I need to have Claude Code already installed?
Yes. Claude Code must be installed and authenticated before we start. If you need Claude Code installed first, that is covered under a separate gig. For this gig, I assume Claude Code is already running on your machine.
Which Higgsfield models will I have access to after setup?

Higgsfield's brand kit stores your colors, fonts, tone of voice and visual style at the account level. When connected via MCP, Claude loads your brand kit automatically with every generation,meaning your AI-generated content stays visually consistent without you re-prompting style details every time
What is Soul ID and what do I need to prepare?
Soul ID is Higgsfield's character consistency system that trains a stable AI persona — a face, look, and style — across all your video generations. To set it up, I need 5 to 10 clear reference images of the character or model you want to use. I handle the training configuration
Can I connect Higgsfield MCP to Claude Cowork instead of Claude Code?
Yes. Higgsfield MCP works natively with Claude Cowork. If you prefer a GUI-based workflow over the terminal, I configure the Higgsfield connector inside Cowork's settings panel instead. The generation capability is the same.
How are credits handled — does each generation cost extra?
Yes. Higgsfield MCP uses the same credit system as your Higgsfield subscription. Credit cost depends on the model: Veo 3.1 costs 40 to 70 credits per clip, Kling 3.0 around 6 credits, and Seedance 2.0 lower still. I include a model routing guide so you know which model to use for which job
Can this generation feed directly into a social media publishing pipeline?
Yes. The Standard and Premium packages include configuration notes on how to extend the Higgsfield MCP setup into a full publishing pipeline using Upload-Post or PostEverywhere MCP connectors. Gig 1 covers the full end-to-end build if you want both done together.
Is the setup one-time or does it need ongoing maintenance?
The MCP connection itself is persistent — once authenticated, it stays connected. The main maintenance need is model updates when Higgsfield adds new models to the catalog, and brand kit adjustments if your visual identity changes. Both are quick updates rather than full reconfigurations.
