Do I need any technical background for the training?
No. Sessions are designed for both non-technical users and developers. You tell me your background before we start and I adjust the language and depth accordingly.
Can you train my whole team?
Yes. Team training is available at a negotiated rate for groups. Message me with your team size and I'll build a custom package.
Is this a live session or pre-recorded content?
The Basic package is async (Loom). Standard and Premium are live sessions via Zoom or Google Meet — recorded and shared with you afterward.
What's the difference between training on Claude Code vs. Claude Cowork?
Claude Code is for software development — building web apps, automating code tasks, and agentic development workflows. Claude Cowork is for knowledge work — automating file tasks, connecting business tools, and running multi-step workflows autonomously. Both are covered depending on what you need.
Will I need a Claude subscription before the training?
Yes. Claude Pro ($20/month) gives you access to both Claude Code and Cowork. I recommend having it active before the session so we can work inside your actual environment.
What if I've never used a terminal or command line before?
That's fine. For non-developers, I focus on Cowork's GUI and the practical workflows you can run without ever opening a terminal. Claude Code CLI training is available for those who want it but never required.
Can you help me build a specific workflow during the session?
Yes. Premium sessions are built around your actual tasks — we design and run real workflows using Claude Code or Cowork during the session itself.
How do I know what to prepare before the session?
After you order, I'll send a short intake form asking about your background, your tools, and what you want to accomplish. That shapes the entire session.
Do you offer ongoing consulting after the training?
Yes. The Premium package includes 30-day follow-up Q&A. Ongoing monthly consulting is available as a separate arrangement — message me to discuss.
Can I get a recording of the session?
Yes. All live sessions are recorded and shared with you within 24 hours of the session ending, so you can revisit anything at any time.
