How do I choose an avatar?
We work with you to select the right avatar and customize clothing, hairstyle and colors. We have over 60 avatars from all walks of life, including old, young, ethnicity and gender. See "How To Choose" (document included). Contact us to specify avatar attributes.
Can I have more than one avatar?
Yes. We can create multiple versions of a video with different avatars. Or have multiple avatars in the same video. We can switch avatars and rebuild a video if you want to change the spokesperson. We can make avatars have a conversation.
Can a 3d avatar be directed to move a certain way?
No. We use pre-made avatars and sync a voice over with spokesperson style movements already animated. We can time the background images, transitions and text overlays to emphasize certain phrases or movements. We do not program custom movements or directions.
What languages can be spoken?
Animated spokespersons can translate text to speech from or to over 60 different languages or accents. You can write a script in one language and quickly translate it to another for multiple versions of the same video. We can also upload a human voice over file and lip sync to that.
Can I use my own media (images, videos, sound)?
Yes. We can include any media you own or have permission to use. We only use copyright and royalty free media or licensed from ShutterStock. Your media will need to be submitted for approval before we accept it. We do not accept any unsavory, political, religous, sexist or defamatory content.
Can I make multiple versions?
Yes, videos can be made with alternate versions. You can change avatars, languages or titles with the 2nd version option. However each version is a duplicate video of the original with one change. Background changes, new animations and special effects are a new order.
Do you have script writing?
Yes, you can supply a script or I can work with you to write one. We can write a script before any work starts. Or you can supply a script for proofreading and shot list conversion. I need a written script for the voice over and other editing functions.

What is the difference between basic advanced and premium videos?
Basic video has a static background like a greenscreen or still image and no transitions. basic adudio mixing. Advanced video have dynamic backgrounds with transitions, motion graphics and better sound. Premium video have animated backgrounds, motion graphics, dynamic subtitles and audio effects.
What is the difference between basic, dynamic and custom backgrounds?
Basic background is static. Can be greenscreen or image. Dynamic background has scene changes and simple transitions. A custom background is dynamic with animations, motion graphics and fancy transitions. For a greenscreen only ask for a basic. For animations and dynamic subtitles ask for a custom.
