Is this Gig for configuring a single gateway?
No. This Gig is for platform-level fleet management. Single device setup or troubleshooting is out of scope.
Which hardware vendors do you support?
We have deep experience with Milesight, Teltonika, GL-iNet, Kerlink and Dragino. If your vendor provides an API or standard protocols (MQTT, SNMP, HTTP), we can integrate it.
Do you supply the hardware?
No. We are software and infrastructure engineers. We can recommend proven hardware based on your requirements, but we focus on the platform that manages it.
Can you manage gateways behind customer firewalls?
Yes. We configure Site-to-Site VPNs (WireGuard) and remote access tunnels so your cloud platform can reach field devices without exposing ports.
How do you handle different payload formats?
We write custom decoders (JavaScript/Python) that parse vendor-specific binary or hex payloads into clean JSON for your database or IoT platform.
Can you integrate with our existing IoT stack?
Yes. We connect fleet platforms to ChirpStack, ThingsBoard, Node-RED, Grafana, MQTT brokers and custom APIs. We also build these — check our other Gigs.
Do you support over-the-air firmware updates?
Yes, where the hardware vendor supports it. We build firmware management into the platform so you can roll out updates across your fleet from one interface.
Can multiple clients share one platform (multi-tenancy)?
Yes. We build multi-tenant architectures where each customer sees only their own devices, dashboards and data.
Is this cloud-only or also on-premise?
Both. We deploy on cloud VPS, dedicated servers or on-prem infrastructure depending on your requirements.
Do you offer ongoing operation and support?
Yes. IoT fleets need continuous monitoring and maintenance. We offer contracts to keep your platform and integrations running 24/7.
