This gig is for small to advanced fixes. If you need more help, please contact us privately for a potential custom quote.
How do I provide access?
When filling out the gig order, we will ask for specific details such as WordPress admin login, hosting details, and Staging site access. We highly recommend sending the information securely via a password manager or service like onetimesecret.
Do you work with all plugins / themes?
Yes, we can handle sites with any plugins or themes. If your website is using a very customized theme or plugin you need help with, let's discuss before ordering.
What if my site breaks during updates?
We will backup your site before any updates. We do encourage providing Staging environments for this reason!
Can I request revisions?
The Basic plan does not come with revisions but there is an add-on to request a revision. The Standard plan comes with 1 revision. The Premium plan comes with 2 revisions. You can also purchase the revision add-on for the Standard and Premium plans if you want another revision.
