Can Shopify and Square POS sync inventory automatically?
Not natively, because they keep separate stock counts. I connect them with a tested sync tool or custom automation, so a sale on either side updates stock on both.
Why does my POS stock not match my Shopify store?
Common causes are duplicate or missing SKUs, delayed sync queues and manual edits in both systems. I audit your SKUs and sync rules, fix the mismatches, then test with live orders.
Can you stop me from overselling?
Yes. I set up real time inventory sync and low stock rules, so an in store sale updates your online stock right away and sold out orders drop.
I used Stocky. Can you migrate me?
Yes. Stocky has shut down, so I move your suppliers, reorder points and stock counts into Shopify's native tools or a replacement app. Open purchase orders don't transfer automatically, so I rebuild them. Send any Stocky exports you have.
Which POS systems do you connect?
Shopify POS and Square POS are my focus. For others like Clover, Toast or Loyverse, message me first and I'll confirm it's possible.
Will I need to pay for an app?
Some syncs need a third party app with a monthly fee, billed by the app and not through Fiverr. I'll recommend the cheapest option that fits your store size, or build a custom automation if that works better.
Can you sync multiple locations or warehouses?
Yes. The Premium package covers multi location inventory, so each location keeps its own stock count and your online availability stays correct.
What if something breaks after delivery?
Premium includes 14 days of support. On other packages, revisions cover any setup issues, and I can add extra support if you need it.
Will my store go down during setup?
No. I test on a few products first, so your store keeps selling. I suggest a quick stock count before go live for a clean starting point.
What do you need from me to start?
Collaborator access to your Shopify store, the name of your POS system and any product or inventory export you have. Never send me your passwords, since staff or collaborator access is enough
