Hi, Myself Muhammad Talha Ahmad and i have 5 years of experience working as virtual assistant with Louisiana Based roofing and Solar company and we turned that company to millions of dollars worth. I also worked for 3 years with a georgia based roofing company.

My duties include:

• Entering leads into our CRM
• Expert in Acculynx, Roofr (Roofing CRM)
• Setting up appointments.
• Sending out Contracts and other documents like certificate of completion,PA paperwork and fee waiver On DocuSign
• Creating Proposals
• Ordering Materials
• Submitting COC's
• Requesting depreciations.
• Uploading documents into CRM.
• Following up with clients
• Ordering eagle view/Roofr report
• Xactimate Estimate( Not included in package) but i can work for $400 as weekly retainer and it will include 3 estimates per week.

Your task will be to manage the crew and sales team and bring more and more leads rest all of the operations will be managed by me. Hire me as your virtual assistant for roofing bussiness so that you can focus on sales and i will manage company administration.
